Kozhikode District Olympic Association (KDOA) is the affiliated district unit of the Kerala Olympic Association, functioning under a constitution approved by its General Council and duly endorsed by the Kerala Olympic Association. It is registered under the Societies Registration Act. The General Council of KDOA consists of representatives from all District Sports Associations (DSAs) in Kozhikode that are affiliated to their respective State Sports Associations (SSAs) and recognized by KDOA. As the apex body for Olympic sports development in the district, KDOA is responsible for supervising the activities of DSAs, ensuring that they function effectively for the promotion of their respective disciplines and for the welfare and advancement of sportspersons across the Kozhikode district.

Kerala Olympic Association (KOA) is one of the State Olympic Association (SOA) affiliated to Indian Olympic Association.KOA is working under a constitution approved by its General meeting of the Association. KOA is registerrd under Travancore- Cochin Charitable society’s act. KOA was reconstituted on 14th January 2019 and the newly elected office bearers assumed charge on 16 th January 2019 . KOA has 14 District Units ie District Olympic Association and around 33 State Sports Associations as its affiliated members.
